Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel Publication Scheme

This Publication Scheme is operated by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel (the Appeals Panel). Under section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Appeals Panel has undertaken to adopt and maintain a scheme for publication of Appeals Panel information operating from 30th November 2002. The Information Commissioner has approved our scheme. We shall publish information in accordance with it and shall monitor and review its operation. The Appeals Panel holds information that it regards as exempt from publication by virtue of its function as a tribunal. In accordance with the exemptions contained within paragraph 32 of the Freedom Of information Act 2000 the Appeals Panel will not publish such information.
