Welcome to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel (CICAP) website.
The purpose of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel (CICAP) is to decide appeals relating to decisions made by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).
Our aim is to enable victims of violent crime to have their appeals decided sensitively fairly and independently in accordance with the scheme.
